My room featured a classic double bed room. The mattress felt supportive. Coffee and tea were available in the room. That was a nice touch. I liked super clean bathroom too.

There was only one card key provided despite two guests staying in the room. It was inconvenient.

The hotel has a modern design. the staff at reception are very friendly. the beds and pillows were top class. the bed sheets were quite possibly the nicest thing i have slept on. I was looking to see what brand they were!!!

i noticed the hotel lacks some basic amenities. there were no cotton swabs, toothbrushes, or slippers for the rooms. during housekeeping, bathroom tissues and coffee capsules were not replenished or replaced.

The hotel is located outside the main square. a tram stop is nearby and is about a pound. it is three stops to get down the line to the city center. Very convenient.

the hotel provides friendly, helpful staff. the staff helped swap one of the rooms for the 3rd and 4th nights of our stay. they were excellent and managed to help without a problem!!!

the breakfast setup was acceptable, with a sufficient variety of options.

The hotel room lacked basic amenities. I found no cotton swabs, toothbrushes, or slippers. housekeeping did not replenish bathroom tissues or coffee capsules, i found this negligent. this impacted my overall comfort and convenience . i expect better attention to detail in a hotel of this supposed standard.
